Customisation is a smart solution that delivers more impact than standard stock, without the budget of a full custom production. It starts at just 250 EUR, including data preparation, licensing, and rendering. From there, the scope and pricing are agreed based on exactly what you need. You receive full licence rights to the customised output - no recurring fees, no usage restrictions beyond what you commission.

Because your clip will be customized based on your ideas and requirements, you’re free to use it anywhere and as often as you like. There are no usage limitations.
What can be customized?

What does a customized clip cost?
The base price for a customized clip is 250 €. This covers the necessary rendering and includes the license. Additional customization costs are added on top of this base price.
Some changes, like color adjustments, are quick and inexpensive, while more extensive modifications – such as altering the entire animation – require more time and will increase the cost.
Because customization needs vary from project to project, it’s always helpful if you can provide as much information as possible. This allows us to give you a clear and reliable estimate.
Why is a customized clip more expensive than a stock clip?
Simply put, a customized clip is tailored specifically for your project, making it unique. Stock videos are mass products, and mass products are always less expensive than something custom-made. If you want your video to stand out and differ from what everyone else is using, it requires extra work – and that needs to be valued accordingly.
I bought a customized clip in HD but now need it in 4K. Do I have to repurchase?
No, you only need to cover the additional costs for re-rendering the clip in 4K.
I want to customize a clip. Do I first need to purchase it from the stock agency?
No, not at all. There’s no need to buy it from a stock agency first – that would mean paying twice. If you’re interested in a customization, simply reach out to us directly.
I already purchased a clip from a stock agency. Can I get a refund if I now want it customized by you?
We can’t offer refunds for clips bought through stock agencies; you would need to contact them directly about any return or refund options.
Can I buy clips directly from you?
Yes, absolutely. In fact, we offer slightly better prices than most stock agencies – except, of course, when they have special sales or subscription deals.
How quickly can a customized clip be delivered?
Delivery times depend on the type and extent of the customization. Smaller adjustments, like color changes or adding a logo, are typically completed within 1-2 days. Rendering 4K clips is more computationally intensive and may take a bit longer.

If you order multiple clips, the price for general customizations - such as adding logos or changing colors - will only be charged once. Customizations that differ from clip to clip will be calculated individually.
Additional charges apply for rendering clips in 4K or higher resolutions.
